Motorola Edge 30 Ultra 12GB RAM Variant to Launch in India Soon



Motorola Edge 30 Ultra was launched in India on September 13, a few days after its debut in global markets.



Motorola stated on Friday that it would shortly introduce a new Edge 30 Ultra model in India. The phone, a more expensive version of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, will include 256GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM. Recently, the phone made its debut in the nation with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 6.67-inch pOLED display on the Edge 30 Ultra has a 144Hz refresh rate and full-HD+ resolution. The smartphone has a triple rear camera arrangement with a 200-megapixel resolution and optical image stabilisation.


The smartphone maker tweeted that a more expensive Motorola Edge 30 Ultra model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage will soon go on sale in India. A precise launch date for the new storage option has not yet been provided by the firm. According to Motorola, a second model of the phone is being released in the nation "on popular demand".

The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra was only recently released in India, with the lone 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage model carrying a price tag of Rs. 59,999. The phone is currently offered on Flipkart for Rs. 54,999. It is available in the colours Interstellar Black and Starlight White. Price increases are anticipated for the upcoming Motorola Edge 30 Ultra model with the 8GB RAM model.

The manufacturer asserts that the display's maximum brightness can reach 1,250 nits. Additionally, the Edge 30 Ultra's touchscreen is protected by Corning Glass 5. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC powers the phone. The phone has three back cameras for optics: a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 200-megapixel main sensor.


The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has a 60-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. A USB Type-C port and support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, and GPS are among the connectivity choices. For further security, the Edge 30 Ultra has a built-in fingerprint reader and facial unlock. It has a 4,610mAh battery and supports up to 50W wireless charging in addition to 125W wired charging.
