The World Economic Forum (WEF) intends to develop metaverse-related regulations that would be applicable on a global scale. The WEF has contacted the Shiba Inu creators to help them accomplish this. The development was announced on Twitter along with a poll by the volunteer project manager and Shiba Inu developer, who goes by the alias "Shytoshi Kusama." The Shiba Inu cryptocurrency, which was developed in August 2020 by an unnamed developer named Ryoshi, has a market cap of $5 billion as of Wednesday, November 23. (roughly Rs. 40,430 crore).

Kusama polled the cryptocurrency community on Twitter to determine whether Shiba Inu should take the WEF offer.

A total of 20,000 individuals have voted in the past few hours, and 62 percent of those voters approved of Shiba Inu working with the WEF.

The blockchain and cryptocurrency industries have frequently been discussed at WEF events.

But this is the first time an international non-governmental and lobbying organisation established in Switzerland has offered to collaborate with a cryptocurrency platform.

Shiba Inu hasn't been able to keep up an amazing growth pattern during the past year.

The SHIB token is now trading at $0.0000090. (roughly Rs. 0.000737).

However, the SHIB token's creators have been developing the meme coin's ecosystem.

The developers of Shiba Inu are engaged in a metaverse project dubbed "SHIB: The Metaverse', that is being developed in Shibarium, a layer-2 solution for SHIB.

In his address to the World Economic Forum on January 18, Prime Minister Narendra Modi referred to cryptocurrencies as a worldwide challenge. The Prime Minister had stated at the time, "I am convinced there will be a healthy debate in this direction in the discussions in Davos.
